Sthandile Nkosi is a South African actress and director best known for her starring role as Londiwe Jama on the final season of the Mzansi Magic soapie The Queen.

Hailing from Soshanguve township in Gauteng, she attended Valhalla Primary School in Centurion and Pro Arte Alphen Park High School.

She first appeared on television with a cameo role in an episode of the MTV drama series MTV Shuga 7: Down South.

She played a manicurist in Season 7, Episode 5, which aired on 19 March, 2019.

She also played the role of Koketso in the Mzansi Magic made-for-TV movie Nnake, which aired as part of the channel's "Lokshin Bioskop" strand of telefilms on 15 August, 2020.

Sthandile's first significant role was the recurring character of Teaspoon in the Mzansi Magic soccer drama Vula Vala, making her first appearance in the series premiere on 4 October, 2020.

The following year began with a role in the Showmax TV movie Love Heist, which began streaming on 20 January, 2021.

In the same year she had a guest starring role in an episode of the Netflix paranormal series Dead Places, which debuted on the streaming platform on 16 April, 2021.

2022 was her breakout year, beginning with a leading role in the Leon Schuster comedy film Mr. Bones 3: Son of Bones, which debuted in cinemas on 14 April, 2022.

A few weeks later she landed her first starring role in television when she was cast as the title character in the eVOD drama series uMbali, which landed on the streaming platform on 21 July.

She returned for Season 2 in January 2013; the show later aired on e.tv, beginning in October 2023.

Sthandile landed her second starring role in television when she was cast as Londiwe Jama in the final season of the Mzansi Magic soapie The Queen, which premiered on 25 July, 2022.

A few months later she had another starring role, this time as Ntsiki Gasa in the Netflix supernatural series The Brave Ones.

In the series her character is an ordinary township girl who discovers she is a mystical being who must harness her powers to protect the community and avenge her sister's murder.
