Bio
Nicholle Tom is an American actress best known for her role as Maggie Sheffield in the television sitcom The Nanny, appearing in 124 episodes from 1993-1999.
She is currently a main cast member of the comedy series The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman, which premiered in the US on 4 August 2006.
Tom also voiced two major recurring roles in animated television series: Kara/Supergirl in Superman (1998-2000) and Supergirl/Kara Zor-El in Justice League (2004-2006).
She reprised the role of Supergirl in an episode of The New Batman Adventures in 1998, and voiced the role of Ryce Newton in the animated television series Beethoven, a spin-off of two 'Beethoven' movies in which she played the same character.
She had a recurring role as Sue Scanlon in four episodes of Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1992; and has guest starred on The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, Welcome To Paradox, Strong Medicine, Windfall and The Wedding Bells.
Tom has also appeared in the made-for-TV movies Bloodlines: Murder in the Family (1993), The Nanny Christmas Special: Oy to the World (1995), For My Daughter's Honor (1996), Unwed Father (1997), Ice Angel (2000), and The Book of Ruth (2004).

Tom was born in Hinsdale, Illinois. She has a twin brother, David Tom, and a sister, Heather Tom, who is two and a half years older. Both Heather and David won Emmy awards for their roles on the soap opera The Young And The Restless.
She started her career together with David in Chicago at the age of eight. She first appeared in print ads and commercials.
Soon, the family moved to Seattle. There she continued to work in commercials, with both David and Heather. Three years later, the Toms decided to move to Los Angeles because of Heather's TV pilot season.
There, Tom began classes with the Young Actors Space as well as the renowned acting coach Margrit Polak at the Strasberg Institute. It was there that she discovered her passion for acting.
