Marina Squerciati is an American actress best known for her starring role as Officer Kim Burgess, a former flight attendant turned ambitious uniformed patrol officer, in the police procedural television drama series Chicago P.D..
Squerciati, who was also seen on FX's The Americans playing a Russian spy called Irina, first gained attention in an eight-episode arc on Season 5 of Gossip Girl as Alessandra Steele, a publicist who publishes Dan's book.
Other television credits include The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, Damages, Chicago Fire, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
For her off-Broadway performance as Judy Holliday in Just in Time: The Judy Holliday Story at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, Squerciati won the prestigious Agnes Moorehead Award.
Squerciati made her Broadway debut in an adaptation of Ernst Lubitsch's To Be or Not to Be, directed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw. Off-Broadway, she starred in Manipulation, Beauty of the Father, directed by Tony Award nominee Michael Greif.
Her film credits include It's Complicated, directed by Nancy Meyers, and the 2012 feature, Alter Egos, directed by Jordan Galland and based on the graphic comic.
Squerciati graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in theatre.
