Bio
Bridget Moynahan is an American actress best known for her roles as Whitney in the television series Six Degrees (2006-2007); and for her starring roles in the films I,Robot (2004) and Lord Of War (2005), where she played Ava Fontaine Orlov opposite Nicholas Cage.
She currently stars as Erin Reagan-Boyle in the police procedural television drama series Blue Bloods, since 2010.
Moynahan first came to the attention of a wide audience in the romantic comedy Coyote Ugly (2000) for producer Jerry Bruckheimer. Her other film credits include roles in In The Weeds (2000), Serendepity (2001) and Gray Matters (2006).
She can also be seen in the feature film Ramona and Beezus and starring opposite Aaron Eckhart in the sci-fi thriller, Battle: Los Angeles.
Moynahan has appeared in numerous blockbusters opposite Hollywood's finest leading men such as Nicolas Cage and Ethan Hawke in Lord of War, Will Smith in I, Robot, Al Pacino and Colin Farrell in The Recruit, John Cusack in Serendipity, Greg Kinnear and Jim Caviezel in Unknown, Tim Robbins in Noise and Ben Affleck in The Sum Of All Fears.
Moynahan's other television credits include a role in Sex and the City where she played Natasha, Carrie's rival and Mr. Big's wife, for seven episodes of Season 3.
She also starred in J.J. Abrams' drama series Six Degrees.
Born in Binghamton, New York, and raised in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Moynahan now lives in Los Angeles.
