Each week the show follows two new wedding planners as they brave their way through the drama of planning the perfect wedding. Along the way they encounter everything from irate mother in-laws to non-paying newlywed clients.

The season begins with the show's 100th episode in which a couple get the wedding of their dreams but only have 100 hours to plan it in a remoke Alaskan town.

Episode 1: Everything's Bigger in Texas

It's the start of the social season in Dallas and the five families featured on the show are getting ready to be front and centre at the kick off polo event.

At the polo event, Patty and Jacky come late and cause a stir amongst the group, while Cindy and Brenda decide to do a little man hunting by chatting up the Argentine polo players.

Pam is the belle of the ball when lavished with special attention at the event. Chanel bugs her mom about getting a Land Rover because she is jealous that the other girls have their own cars already.

Episode 2: Raising the Rich

Chanel and Hannah are invited to the prom at their respective high schools. Chanel has a huge crush on her date and is hopeful he feels the same about her.

Hannah just hopes her controlling mother approves of her date… if not, Hannah won't be allowed to go. Both girls are in for a big surprise before the night is over.

Cindy continues her quest for the perfect man, but she seems to be looking in all the wrong places. When the single ladies and their wing woman, Pam, share a girls' night out - Pam and Patty pull no punches.

Episode 3: Don't Mess With Mean

Laura attempts to control her crowd of friends as she delights in dangling tickets to a hot local band just out of their reach. Things really go out of tune, when Laura decides not to take Jacky and Courtney.

The two scorned girls take matters in their own hands because revenge is a dish best served… with a healthy dose of upstaging.

Meanwhile, the summer has officially arrived and both Hannah and Laura are reluctantly involved with the Debutant Program when they'd rather be chasing after boys in their affluent Dallas neighborhood.

Ever the strict watchdog, Pam constantly wants her daughter, Hannah, behaving prim and proper. Things really start to suck for the Martin household when Hannah's immense hickey is accidentally discovered, the result of her burgeoning relationship with her FBO boyfriend, Clark.

Episode 4: Catty Catwalk

Pam sets up internships for Hannah and Laura at a local fashion show through her connections. The girl who comes out on top will win one-on-one face time with the designer himself.

Patty's on a mission to make sure she teaches Jacky adequate self-defense before she leaves for college. Patty takes Jacky to a Jiu Jitsu and the shooting range, to teach her how to shoot a gun.

Danielle and Courtney take matters into their own hands when they set up a new online profile for their mom, Cindy, to attract high quality males. But the girls quickly realize what their mom has been dealing with in the internet dating world when they meet some of the suitors in person. Will they find Mr. Right or send Cindy running.

Ruby Season 1: Finale (Episode 9)

Episode Title: One Hundred Pounds of Hope

Ruby's lighter weight gives her the mobility and the courage to organize a weekend camping trip. For the first time in her life, Ruby begins to realize some of her pre-diet dreams - hiking, fishing and spending time outdoors.

Despite the difficulties presented by her size, Ruby and her friends have a wonderful time - and share memories. Determined to get to the root of her weight problem, Ruby works with her therapist to remember her childhood.

Together, Ruby and Dr. Brewerton visit Ruby's childhood homes.


Ruby: The First 100 Pounds

In this one-hour special, Ruby and her friends look back on her journey to lose her first 100 pounds.


Ruby Season 2
Premiere date: Tuesday 12 January 2010 at 23h00
Please note: the season has 10 episodes in total: the first three are an hour long; and the next seven are 30 minutes each.

In the second season opener: Ruby has been on her weight loss journey for one year and has managed to lose over 100 pounds. However, with the recent death of her father, Ruby has gotten off track and gained 5 pounds.

Disheartened, Ruby wonders if she will be able to get back on her program. Ruby's ex-boyfriend, Denny, suggests she join him in Charleston for a Rascal Flatts concert. This is exactly what Ruby needs to get re-energized. Jeff, Georgia, and the gang decide to tag along, even though they dislike Denny for breaking Ruby's heart in the past.

Once in Charleston, Ruby and her friends have a great time. The concert is amazing and, thanks to Denny's friendship with the lead singer, they even get to hang out backstage with Rascal Flatts.

It seems that Denny is doing everything possible to redeem himself, including planning healthy meals and showering her with gifts. Ruby confides in Denny that she has gotten off her program and, with his knowledge as a personal trainer, he is able to give her pointers to getting back on track.

Back in Savannah, Ruby has a session with her therapist, Dr. Brewerton. She talks to him about the death of her father and how it has thrown her off track.
