Aggie has a plan to get back at San-Mari and Zinzi. Lukas receives a huge order and Hilda tells Vince about it.

Vince and Bonita are excited about the freezer and plan how they will pay back the deli.

The police arrive at Ryno's house, looking for Isabelle.

Vince is on his own in the deli when Hilda tells him that she's too sick to come to work.

No-one can get hold of Isabelle and the police are still looking for her. Hilda doesn't like it when Oubaas enjoys the dancing with Paula - a bit too much.

Ryno gets a phone call from Helena and decides to investigate.

I agree that all the ladies need an extreme makeover, especially Bonita.
@ms2, I don't think that job offer at the game ranch for Lucas was all it seemed to be, that's why he's back trying to sell sandwiches.
Being a guy, I can't comment on what a "hunk" is but since you talking of Nico Panagio (George) I think his wife (Christi Panagio) is stunning.

It seems there are other fat and lazy people on this forum. My wife has had 2 daughters, and weighs under 50kg. The secret is not to be lazy and pretend to blame things like "water" for your laziness. My wife was back in the gym 2 weeks after her second baby and she doesn't even have stretch marks to show she has had 2 babies. We both eat correctly, only drink water and exercise for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. And just to add insult to injury, my wife's aerobics instructor is 45 years old and had 3 children and she only weighs 45kg and has the body of a fit 18 year old girl, in fact all the mothers in our gym look like they have never had a child. Please ladies, Stop lying to yourselves. Stop eating junk and get your lazy backsides into the gym and you too will not have a complex about your weight and blame things like "water" for your fatness.

@Phunk - Don't be so harsh on the poor woman man.....I know people should be active etc...but they don't have to weight 45 kilos to be sexy. I'm 53 kilos and am very far from being fat. 43 kilos would way too dangerous for me and I don't find rail thin people sexy at all. I once saw a friend of mine naked and she's very very skinny...yho I wad traumitised and still am....I don't wanna look like that...

As for strechmarks, they have nothing to do with the gym. Even the thinnest people develop them. We should not lower other people's self esteem. I have a feeling that you put your wife unde pressure though i.e "IF YOU GAIN 5 KILOS, I WILL LEAVE YOU"...HAHAHAHHA

@ skura, yeah things are really getting HEAVY here in the 7de blog.
@aztec. I agree that it's far more expensive to eat healthy than to eat normal, but we compensate by not drinking alcohol, not smoking and not buying fizzy drinks or milk. Just work out how much the average family spends on the things I mentioned and you will realize that it's not impossible to eat correctly if you willing to give up alcohol, cigarettes, coca-cola and milk. I also remember my roots and that's why I work hard to make sure I don't end up back where I started.
@ms2, anorexia is very far away from us. We both eat 7 (small) meals a day but we make sure we burn off more carbs than we consume. That's the real secret to staying slim and healthy. You actually don't need to go to gym, everyone can jog, everyone can skip, only the lazy make excuses why they can't exercise.

@ ms Lihle, you are 100% right, the most ruthless and harshest judge on my body is MYSELF. I am firstly brutally honest to myself and what I look like before I look at what other people look like.

Hi ms2, Natalie is very sick and Errol doesn't want to accept it. Shame, I do feel sorry for him. We not sure what happened to Dawid but I think he might come back and explain that it was all a misunderstanding, or perhaps he really is fooling around again.
Neville is gonna hit the roof when he finds out that Vince paid that guy from the Deli's funds.
I think Bonita is a good person and does not really want to sponge off Vince, she just made mistakes in her past and now it's catching up to her. If she can get rid of her past baggage, her future with Vince will be bright.

When I watched the episode where Emma confronted Dawid about Mercia Ithought to myself. Neither Dawid nore Mercia responded with a definte , 'yes, we are having an affair.' Dawid just blinked like mad while Mercia ended the call. I think this is a great suspense moment as Dawid could come out innocent.
I like!!!

Beside disliking CLARA, I am also not a fan of Paula. I hate her dialect. Humangus word with lots of annimation. What an irritation Paula is!!!

Can someone explain to me why it is that sometimes people will be standing right next to a table full of people in Oppiekoffie and gossip about them while the victims do not hear anything. Next time, someone stands and gossips at the counter and people standing outside the door of the coffee shop hear them! The same scenario with people 'hiding' to 'spy' on someone in the delhi. They standing 2 metres away from the person. Is everybody really that stupid?

No I dont think san marie and paula could live under the same roof, they used to be room mates but I think after all the history that has gone down they could never live together again. Agie I dont know if she will fit in there, she likes comfort and the back room isnt exaclty comfort. Plus living with zinzi is like living continuously with a news paper, although I must admit she has calmed down a bit.

You are right dawid will never chanage will always be cassanova.

What is on the cards for emma now she doesnt even want child support. How will she survive?

I think it is unfair of hilda to put so much pressure on Vince, he cant afford to employ Lucas. Lucas is a young strong man he should go and get a real man's job.
