Clayton has been living in Cape Town for just over four years. Originally from Port Elizabeth, he moved to Cape Town in October 2006 to pursue a job at a magazine – seeing as he has always wanted to work in the industry.
Clayton lives in the heart of Cape Town's city centre. "Basically, it's situated in between the famous Cape Town streets: Adderley and Long Street."
Clayton loves Cape Town for its potential as "one to live a decent lifestyle. It's not a rat race and it's not too relaxed either."
Clayton was ecstatic when he heard he was chosen as one of the seven contestants to join the seven celebrities battle it out for R1 million rand with Tropika Island of Treasure 3. "I couldn't believe the news because I knew this reality TV show has been such a great success in the past two years and I know it gets thousands of entries."
Tatum Keshwar is Clayton's favourite celebrity contestant because "she's truly a genuine person when you meet her. I Iove her personality and admire her for how she's pursued her dreams."
If Clayton wins the million he will invest in a down payment for a house and travel with friends to New York. "It's always been my dream to visit NYC and I want to make sure that I make that dream a reality next year."
