Bio
Tumisho Masha is a South African actor and television presenter, best known for his role as Dumisani Thusong on the soapie Isidingo and for presenting the magazine show Top Billing.
He also starred as Modise Tladi, Itumeleng's (Shona Ferguson) wise and principled younger brother on the cusp of a hot career in advertising, in the M-Net soap opera The Wild, from 2011-2013.
He has also had roles in the drama series Gaz'lam and the mini-series Society and in 2007 he can be seen as Dr, Zanemvula 'Zane' Jara in the Canadian/South African medical drama series JoziH.
Masha has also had roles in the made-for-TV movies Dr. Lucille (2000), Coup! (2006) and Red Water (2003), which was filmed on location in South Africa.
His film credits include roles in Beyond Borders (2003), starring Angelina Jolie and Clive Owen and Drum (2004), where he played Can Temba, a South African short story writer who became popularly known as one of the "Drum boys."
Masha has also appeared in numerous television commercials, he's been the voice-over artist for various commercials and in 2006 he was the host of the South African Music Awards.
He plays the role of Mlu in the SABC3 comedy series On the Couch, since October 2008.
On 13 December, 2008 Tumisho co-hosted the 58th annual Miss World pageant which was held at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.
