Paige Turco is an American actress best known for her roles as Gail Emory in the cult television horror series American Gothic; and as April O'Neil in the eighties films Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.

Turco was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she was raised, to Joyce J. and David V. Turco.

She attended the Walnut Hill School in Natick, Massachusetts and performed as a soloist at the New England Dance Conservatory, the Amherst Ballet Theater Company and the Western Massachusetts Ballet Company.

She majored in Drama at the University of Connecticut and after suffering an ankle injury, she turned to acting and musical theatre.

Turco made her television acting debut in 1987, on the soap opera Guiding Light, playing Dinah Morgan Marler #2 from 1987-1989.

She immediately followed that role with another in daytime drama, playing Melanie 'Lanie' Cortlandt Rampal in All My Children, from 1989-1991.

Turco landed the role of Gail Emory in American Gothic in 1995, which was cancelled after one season. She followed it up with the recurring character of Officer Abby Sullivan in the 4th season of NYPD Blue, from 1996-1997.

She went straight from NYPD Blue into the 4th season of Party Of Five, playing the role of Annie Mott in 18 episodes, from 1997-1998.

Turco had a recurring role on The Agency from 2002-2003 and a four-episode turn as science teacher Mrs. Nell Turbody on the 3rd season of Rescue Me, in 2006.

She also appeared in the movie Invincible in 2006, playing Carol Vermeil, the wife of Dick Vermeil.

Turco has been married to actor Jason O'Mara since 19 September 2003. The couple have one child.
