Nicole de Boer is a Canadian actress best known for her role as Ensign/Lieutenant Ezri Dax on the seventh and final season of the science fiction television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, from 1998-1999.

She is also known for her role as Sarah Bannerman on the sci-fi series The Dead Zone, since 2002.

De Boer began her acting career in her native Toronto. She was a series regular on a number of Canadian shows, including the CBC drama 9B and Dooley Gardens.

She was also a regular on the USA Network original series Beyond Reality and SCI FI's first original dramatic series, Mission: Genesis.

De Boer's film credits include starring roles in Cube (Toronto Film Festival, 1997) and the Showtime original film Rated X, opposite Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen.

She also appeared in the independent film Home Invasion and in SCI FI's 5 Days to Midnight, opposite Timothy Hutton, as well as the role of Bonnie in Public Domain and the seductive assassin Madame Madame in Phil The Alien, which was well received at the 2004 Toronto Film Festival.

She has also been featured in episodes of the Canadian produced SF series The Outer Limits.

She has been married to John Kastner, former lead singer of the Canadian band The Doughboys, since 18 December, 1999. The couple have one child.
