Bio

Geoff Stults is an American actor best known for his role as Ben Kinkirk, the brother of Kevin Kinkirk (portrayed by George Stults, his real life brother) in the television series 7th Heaven.

He also starred as Walter Sherman in the short-lived police procedural television drama series The Finder, in 2012.

Stults appeared in the feature debut of director-writer Kat Coiro's Life Happens, opposite Krysten Ritter (who co-wrote), Kate Bosworth and Rachel Bilson. The romantic comedy premiered at the 2011 Los Angeles Film Festival.

Film credits include Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar; Jim Field Smith's romantic comedy She's Out Of My League, alongside Jay Baruchel and Alice Eve; The Break-Up, opposite Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston; David Dobkin's Wedding Crashers, opposite Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson; Gary Fleder's The Express, opposite Dennis Quaid; and Bob Gosse's adaptation of Tucker Max's best-seller I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell.

Previous television credits include Happy Town, October Road and 7th Heaven, in which he played Ben, the brother of Kevin Kinkirk, who was portrayed by George Stults, his real-life brother.

In 2006, he served as producer of the made-for-television movie Deceit starring Emmanuelle Chriqui and Joe Pantoliano.

An avid sports fan from Colorado, Stults developed a gift for sports during high school, where he played four different sports, and excelled most in football. His abilities were good enough to land him a college football scholarship where he honed his skill as a wide receiver.

While in school, he also began to take an interest in acting, but his future career took a backseat to football at the time. He was recruited to play semi-professional football in Europe, but eventually returned to the U.S. to pursue acting and has never looked back.

Stults lives in Los Angeles.
