Lerato Mmutle was a contestant on the first season of the reality show The Cut: South Africa, in 2006.
Originally from Mafikeng, North West, Mmutle moved to Pretoria in her early teens.
At the time of entering the show she was a 3rd year student at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology studying towards the completion of a National Diploma: Graphic Design.
Lerato has a very keen interest in design, but on completion of her diploma she intends to pursue a career as a copywriter.
Lerato explains why she entered The Cut: “It is an opportunity for me as an upcoming designer to introduce myself to the industry as well as to get exposure."
