Jason Clarke is an Australian actor best known for his starring role as Tommy Caffee in the television drama series Brotherhood, from 2006-2008.

He first made a name for himself in America in 2002 in the feature film Rabbit-Proof Fence, in which he played the formidable Constable Riggs. The film was directed by director Phillip Noyce.

A graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, Clarke has extensive credits in Australia theatre, film and television.

On stage, he performed in such plays as Hamlet and The Tempest. He also directed a musical version of A Clockwork Orange.

On television, Clarke worked alongside Geoffrey Rush as a series regular in Mercury and he's made many guest starring roles in popular series.

He also had a recurring role on the Australian crime drama series Stingers, appearing sporadically between 2000-2003.

Other television shows Clarke has appeared in include Diagnosis Murder, Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place, The Net, The Bill, Home And Away, Farscape, and White Collar Blue.

He has also acted in the made-for-TV movies Halifax f.p: Hard Corps (his screen debut in 1994), The Outsider (2002) and BlackJack (2003).

Clarke has appeared in a number of feature films as well, including Dilemma (1997), Twilight (1998), Praise (1998), Schmooze (1999), Kick (1999), Our Lips Are Sealed (2000), Risk (2000), Better Than Sex (2000), Free (2002), Rabbit-Proof Fence (2002), You Can't Stop the Murders (2003), Get Rich Quick (2004), Under Still Waters (2007), Public Enemies (2009), Trust (2010) and Swerve, in 2011.

In 2011 he starred in the short-lived police procedural television series The Chicago Code.
