Bio
Kinalma Bashman is a South African television and radio presenter best known for hosting the fifth season of the e.tv reality television series Forgive & Forget, in 2011.
She joined the show as a stand-in for regular host Doris Msibi, who was on maternity leave at the time.
Bashman cut her teeth on television as a news anchor and sports presenter at Soweto TV - a community development and enrichment station. Among other shows she presented the sports show Dipapadi.
She's also worked on various television projects including the National Lottery game show and 20something on e.tv.
Hailing from the Eastern Cape, Kinalma studied journalism at PE Tech, but the entertainment industry is where she found her true calling and moved to Johannesburg in 2006 to embark on an acting career.
She has lent her voice to various television projects including the State of the Nation address for SABC News, Takalani Sesame for SABC Education and The Mating Game on SABC2.
Kinalma has also worked for several corporate clients including Alyana Magazine, Dark & Lovely, Microsoft, Black Like Me, MTN, Dawn Body Lotion and Clere Body Lotion.
She is multilingual, speaking English, Xhosa, Afrikaans and Zulu.
