Lesego Motsepe (28 April, 1974 - 20 January, 2014) was a South African actress best known for her starring role as Letti Matabane in the SABC3 soapie Isidingo, from 1998-2008.

On World AIDS Day 2011 (1 December) she announced that she had been living with HIV since 1998.

She died of natural causes on Monday, 20 January 2014 at her home in Randburg. She was 39.
