Bio

James Nesbitt is a Northern Irish actor best known for his television roles as Leo in Ballykissangel (1996-1998), Adam in Cold Feet (1997-2003) and Tommy in Murphy's Law, from 2003-2007.

Other memorable roles include Joe in Passer By, Nick in The Miller's Tale and the title role in the sci-fi series Jekyll, in 2007.

In 2002, the part of Ivan Cooper in Bloody Sunday won James a BAFTA nomination, and Best Actor award at the British Independent Film Awards and the Stockholm Film Festival.

James appeared in Danny Boyle's movie Millions, and in Woody Allen's Match Point.
