You'll Never Give Up On A Dream After Seeing "This" WomanOprah’s hope is that this show has the power to be one of the most significant of the season. It was inspired after she read an eye-opening book filled with miraculous stories about empowering the poorest girls and women in the world.
The authors of the best-selling book, “Half The Sky,” are Pulitzer Prize winners Nicholas Kristof and his wife, Sheryl Wudunn. They’re on the show to reveal how we can change the course of history in our lifetime.
Plus, the woman featured in one of Oprah’s favourite stories in the book: she travelled over 10 thousand miles to make her dream come true.
