e.tv's
rescue of
SA's Got Talent has clearly paid off because the channel's placed a fourth season order for 2013.
According to an e.tv insider, the new season won't necessarily air at the same time of year as this year. It may arrive earlier and if it does it'll coincide with the launch of the channel's new look.
e.tv will be introducing a subtle change to the logo in the new year as well as a change to the on-air imaging which will include additional colours.
One aspect that will definitely be staying the same is the line-up of Talent judges.
Shado Twala,
Ian von Memerty and
Kabelo Mabalane will all be back - if they're available at the time.
While the channel seals deals with everyone,
Season 3 winner Botlhale Boikanyo has been involved in numerous negotiations too. Botlhale's been in high demand since her win in October - to the extent that her mother and school principal have had to step in to control the craziness because of all the demands and bookings for her to perform.
The pint-sized phenomenon has also been at the centre of a record deal and negotiations are underway with SONY. The contract hasn't been confirmed yet but if and when it is, the album will feature Botlhale performing her signature poetry.
In addition to being such a hot property performer she's also just landed a prefect badge for the new school year.
