As you may have heard
right here, the rumour doing the Big Brother goss'vine is that Khanyi Mbau will be representing South Africa in the new season when it starts next Sunday (the 26th).
Is it true?
No!
I've just chatted to Khanyi on the blower to get the juice and she revealed that she's heard the rumour too and has no clue how it started because she hasn't heard a word from Big Brother. Not a peep. Zilch.
I could hear from how she said it that she wasn't trying to hide anything and that she definitely hasn't - also ... she was on set busy filming a Lokshin Bioscope series called Like Father, Like Son so she wasn't busy preparing to go into the house which the housemates must be doing as we speak.
In a nutshell whoever started the rumour's a liar!
I asked Khanyi who she thought started it and she told me that she thinks it's someone behind-the-scenes, on the production. She speculated that the rumour might mean that the show's planning to call her in for a guest appearance during the run and went on to say that she hasn't heard anything about this either.
Like Father, Like Son will be airing on Mzansi Magic in June.
