M-Net and DStv are launching a new sister channel to Mzansi Magic and Wethu in September. It's called Mzansi Bioskop and it's dedicated to airing locally produced films.
As you probably know, the Mzansi franchise of channels air a variety of African movies with the Lokshin Bioscope series of fliks forming an important part of the Mzansi stable.
All of these films are now going to premiere on Mzansi Bioskop first. It's going to be a 24-hour channel - on Channel 164. Lights dim for it's debut on Tuesday, 10 September.
