From the moment I clapped eyes on Jack Bauer's nephew Josh I've known he's his son and the more the season goes on the more obvious it is.
I reckon Phillip Bauer knows all about it and that he's going to use it as ammo against Jack, Josh and Marilyn in the future.
The reasons I'm so convinced of his sonliness are:
1. Josh is the splitting image of Jack's daughter Kim Bauer. He's literally the guy version of her just a few years yearlier. They could be twins.
2. Marilyn's been besotted with Jack from the first moment she saw him and definitely shagged him a lot. I don't know what the amount of time is between the end of their relationship and Josh's age but whatever it is they saw each other once in between it all and it happened then.
3. It would have been Graeme's worst nightmare if he knew Josh was Jack's son - which he did. This is why he was so especially evil to Jack - it was yet another, very huge thing he did better than him.
4. Josh is a pawn in a dangerous game of manmen in exactly the same way Jack always is.
5. Jack cares about him as much as he would a son so deep down he knows it too.
