Season 4

Royal Pains stars Mark Feuerstein as Dr. Hank Lawson, the go to "doctor for hire" in the Hamptons. The series also stars Paulo Costanzo, Reshma Shetty, Jill Flint, Campbell Scott and Brooke D'Orsay, with television royalty Henry Winkler and Christine Ebersole, who recur on the series.

Hank, along with team - his brother and CEO of Hank Med, Evan (Costanzo), his physicians' assistant, Divya (Shetty) and the head of administrator at the local hospital, Jill (Flint) - treat a variety of fascinating patients in unusual situations, for which only the exclusive Hamptons could provide the backdrop.

In the fourth season premiere, Hank embarks on a fresh start with his medical practice and separates from his brother Evan, who also starts his own venture. As Divya attempts to reconcile the brothers, HankMed teams up once more in the face of a Hampton's emergency.

From Universal Cable Productions, Royal Pains is written and executive produced by Michael Rauch and Andrew Lenchewski. Rich Frank also serves as executive producer along with Jeff Kwatinetz from Prospect Park and Connie Burge.

Co-executive producers are Carol Flint, Jon Sherman, Kerry Orent and Jack Bernstein.
