Season 4

Hustle is a British comedy-drama television series created by Tony Jordan which follows the exploits of a group of British con-artists who specialise in pulling off elaborate operations to dupe their victims.

The series aired in the UK on BBC One from 24 February, 2004 to 17 February, 2012. There are 48 hour-long episodes in eight seasons.

Hustle premiered in South Africa on SABC3 on 13 March 2006, at 21h00. The first three seasons aired on the channel before it lost the rights to the series. The series later aired on DStv's BBC Entertainment (formerly BBC Prime) channel. See "Seasons" below for seasonal broadcast dates and times by channel.

Season 4 premiered on BBC Entertainment on Monday 2 November 2009, at 21h30. New episodes aired weekly. There are six hour-long episodes in the fourth season.

Season 4

The team of expert con artists is back, as Hustle returns for another season of slick and sophisticated cons.

Could it be all change for the team? With the loss of Mickey Bricks to an overseas sabbatical, it’s time for someone else to lead the gang.

When Danny steps up to the plate, can the others convince him that the team needs another member – especially when it comes in the form of street kid Billy Bond?

As always, there are plenty of ‘marks’ who are greedy, rude or amoral enough to be parted from their cash. Targets include a porn baron, a ruthless nursing home owner, and a charity crook – and that’s just for starters.

The crew also hit LA and Las Vegas, but when they’re not on their home turf, will their audacious attempts catch up with them in the end?

In the Season 4 premiere:

With Mickey heading to Australia to help pull off a major con, Danny feels it's time for him to take the lead. To make his mark, he comes up with an ambitious plan to sell the Hollywood sign to Texan movie memorabilia fanatic Anthony Westley (Robert Wagner).

Once in LA, Danny convinces Westley that the sign is being put up for sale to be replaced with a brand new one.

Westley's willing to pay big money to get his hands on the sign and will stop at nothing to ensure he wins the bid. But how will the gang get the cash if they can't deliver the sign itself?
