Press Release
Justin Theroux on The Leftovers
Suits, The Knick and The Leftovers take a production break on M-Net!
Following production breaks scheduled in the United States there will be no new episodes of
Suits, The Knick and The Leftovers on M-Net channel 101 over the next few weeks.
Suits Season 4 will take a mid-season break and M-Net channel 101 will screen the last episode “This is Rome” (episode 10) this Saturday, 23 August at 20:00. Top corporate lawyers Harvey and Mike, and the rest of the legal eagles in
Suits, will return in the United States in January/February 2015 and M-Net channel 101 will communicate a return date closer to the time.
The
Suits Season 4 replacement from 30 August – 20 September at 20:00 is still to be confirmed, but M-Net can confirm that
The Voice Season 7 has been scheduled to start earlier than expected on Saturday, 27 September from 18:00 to 21:00 on M-Net channel 101. More great news is that
Suits has been picked up for a fifth season despite such a long season 4 production break.
The Knick Season 1, which is screened via Express on M-Net 101, and
The Leftovers Season 1 will also both take a week’s production break in the United States on 29 and 31 August respectively so with no new episodes broadcast in the United States, M-Net channel 101 will not be able to screen
The Knick Season 1 and
The Leftovers Season 1 either.
There will be no new Express screening of
The Knick Season 1 on 30 August at 03:00 and Monday, 1 September at 21:30.
The Knick Season 1 will return via Express on 6 September at 03:00 and on Monday, 8 September at 21:30.
The Leftovers Season 1 will take a break on Saturday, 6 September at 21:00, which means that the final episode will air on Saturday, 13 September at 21:00.
“These days M-Net is screening the freshest international shows very close to their United States airings, and subsequently an unexpected international production break, for whatever reason, unfortunately also impacts us, "says M-Net's Head of Publicity, Lani Lombard.
"It' s commonplace for American shows to take breaks in the middle of their seasons and when this happens, we have to adjust our programming schedules accordingly. M-Net apologises for any inconvenience caused by these changes which are beyond our control, but we would like viewers to rest assured that as soon as these series return to American screens, they’ll return to ours at the same time.”
