WAGs Wendy Parker and Kat Mohoadube have been axed from Mzansi Magic's reality low Diski Divas after the smackdown with fellow cast member Nonhle Ndala on Friday.
The catfight erupted during an interview on Kaya FM when they got into an argument over who deserves a place on the show.
According to reports, the slapfest started after Wendy told Nonhle that she shouldn't be on the show because she's not a spouse to her famous man Andile Jali.
The slapping erupted, the DJs called for an emergency ad break and Nonhle laid assault charges against Wendy afterwards, saying Wendy smacked first. Wendy says it was the other way round.
And today Wendy and Kat discovered that they've slapped themselves out of a job. They've both been fired by the show's production company Connect TV and Mzansi Magic has released a statement saying how much the channel agrees with the decision. This from the statement:
Mzansi Magic confirms that whilst Diski Divas is an unscripted reality series, any unacceptable behaviour of cast members will not be tolerated. We extend our appreciation to Kaya FM for their swift action and apologise that this incident occurred on their premises during what should have been a routine interview.
Wendy and Kat will appear in two more episodes while Nonhle will continue on.
We've asked Mzansi Magic for comment on why Wendy and Kat have been fired but not Nonhle and we've asked for an account of exactly what happened between them.
We've also asked about the rumours that Nonhle's been told to act to create drama for the show. We're waiting for their response - will keep you posted when we hear.
