Bongi is worried that Doc is trying to trap her for his own selfish reasons. Zinzi is broken that her parents’ love has degraded to this marriage of convenience.
Suffocate witnesses Toolkit and Puleng talking about Themba. Bash encourages Rene to pursue her dream. Fats tries to entice Kop with dreams of expanding the spaza.

Before the pastor marries them, Doc realises he’s left the rings at home and goes to fetch them. Lerato finds Doc at his house. A fight breaks out between them and Bongi rushes to help - with disastrous consequences. Fats tricks Kop with a message from the angel. Sabelo changes his mind about the job at the school.

Speshil finds out that Suffocate has pulled out of the deal. Puleng confronts Toolkit. Bash thinks Rene and Sifiso are now sleeping together. Bongi discovers that Lerato was not to blame for the leaked photograph. Doc's will surfaces.

Toolkit spills the beans about Puleng, to Suffocate. Lungile and Lerato suss each other out. Kwela accuses Lungile of setting him up. Reneilwe and Emmanuel are caught red-handed. Emmanuel approaches Fats to teach him to rap.

Toolkit reveals Puleng’s secret, which Niki sees as an opportunity to get close to Suffocate. Doc’s nephew arrives to claim the house and inheritance. Sabelo gets extremely frustrated by Dumisani’s delinquent behaviour. Fats tries to teach Emmanuel how to rap.

Sabelo and Mapula find dagga in Dumisani's schoolbag. Sifiso rejects the idea of Fats rapping on the album. Suffocate calls Ntombizodwa to town. David's plan seems to be working out brilliantly. Bongi doesn't have the confidence to run Red.

Bash finally confronts Rene about dating Sifiso and she puts him straight - but she also dashes his hopes of them ever being together. Sandile tells Bongi he's contesting Doc's will. Ntombizodwa arrives and Suffo grills her about Themba and Puleng.
Speshil warns Puleng that Suffocate knows that Themba was in back in town, but lied that she saw him. Sabelo follows Dumisani and discovers that he's dealing dagga for Brutus. Sabelo, angry, beats up Brutus.

Sabelo struggles to be a good role model for Dumisani. David and Lerato face off. Suffo goes looking for the truth about Puleng. Bongi is ready to give up and walk away from everything, but finds inspiration from an unlikely source.

Puleng seeks counsel from Cuba and Ntombizodwa. An angry Suffocate confronts Puleng. Bongi meets with a lawyer about Doc’s will hearing. Lerato tries to work on Zinzi to interfere with Doc’s will.

Zinzi is still suspicious of Lerato's ‘good’ intentions. Kop is disappointed with Reneilwe and Emmanuel. Bongi goes against Flavia's advice. Emmanuel suggests that Sabelo tell Dumisani the truth about himself.
