These are the primetime adult television viewing figures for December 2016.
They represent the most watched episode of each show for the month.
As you'll see, the Broadcast Research Council, who compile the TAMS, clearly went on holiday over the festive because the DStv ratings are a mess.
In previous months they represent the Top 30 shows on the platform without repeating shows but in December they appear to represent the Top 30 episodes on DStv instead.
There's no explanation provided as to why the list is suddenly so different from previous months but we presume it has to do with the parameters used in the BRC software that compiles the numbers. The resulting list reveals the extent of Isibaya's domination of DStv.
