Argiris Karras is a Canadian actor best known for his starring role as Riley Stavros in the teen drama television series Degrassi: The Next Generation, since 2008.
Toronto native Argiris Karras landed his first major television role when he joined the cast of Degrassi in 2008.
The younger of two, Argiris fell in love with acting in grade 10 drama classes. Argiris' other credits include What's The Beef?, Don Juan, Cities of the Underworld and Lookalike, where he was made over to be Justin Timberlake.
Argiris also starred in Grease and The Glass Menagerie at the East York Collegiate Institute. Argiris looks up to actors Leonardo Dicaprio, Christian Bale and Johnny Depp.
In 2008, Argiris traveled to Ecuador with the organization "Free The Children". A documentary of the trip was made for MTV in Canada.
