Hugh Skinner is an English actor best known for his starring role as Will Humphries - the young, not especially bright but tremendously well intentioned young intern who might well be working at the BBC because he is someone's nephew - in the satirical mockumentary television comedy series W1A. He is also known for his role as Joly in the 2012 film version of Les Misérables.
