Portia Moemedi is a South African model and presenter best known for co-hosting the SABC2 docu-reality travel series Authentiek.
Originally from Jeffrey's Bay, Portia attended high school in Grahamstown at Hoërskool PJ Olivier before going to Stellenbosch University in 2013 to further her studies.
She began modelling in 2011 and also worked as as talent agent, a hostess and a radio presenter. In 2015 she made the Top 100 of the SABC3 presenter search competition Presenter Search on 3.
In 2016 she landed her first television gig by co-presenting the SABC2 show Authentiek, with singer Mathys Roets.
Portia made her acting debut in 2018 in the role of Elana on the kykNET soapie Binnelanders, making her first appearance in Season 13, Episode 225, which aired on 20 April.
