Bio
Wynand van Vollenstee is a South African actor best known for his starring role as Boetie Botha, an unemployed patriarch who does what it takes to provide for his family, in the kykNET sitcom Vir Beter of Baie Beter (For Better or Much Better).
He is also known for his roles in films like Karate Kallie (in which he played the title role), Superhelde, Platteland and Babalas.
Wynand has played guest roles in several television series including Jean-Pierre in Erfsondes, Sakkie in Villa Rosa, Phil in Sokhulu & Partners and a role in the kykNET drama series Getroud met Rugby.
He graduated from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2007 with a National Diploma in Drama, and has since appeared in several stage productions including the roles of Kleinboet in Ons vir Jou and Barta in Fiela se Ander Kind.
