Bio

Nkanyiso Shezi is a South African actor best known for his role as Mzwa, the wayward son of Muzi (Gabriel Mini), in the SABC1 sitcom Rented Family. It was his first credited television role.

He studied drama at the Durban University of Technology, where he acted in numerous student theatre productions. These included Oliver Twist, The Benficiary, The Train Driver and The Seed.

Nkanyiso was also the lead for a DUT TV film called Acceptance and the lead in a community project called Wallet.
