Bio
Samantha Ferris is a Canadian actress and former television reporter for Bellingham, Washington KVOS TV-12 in the mid-1990's.
She is best known for her role as NTAC director Nina Jarvis in the sci-fi television series The 4400, in which she was a series regular.
She was also a series regular on The Evidence, playing the role of Lt. Alexa Brenner.
She had a notable recurring role in the second season of paranormal drama Supernatural as Ellen Harvelle, the widow of hunter William Anthony Harvelle and the mother of Jo Harvelle.
