Bio
Christine Basson was a South African actress best known for her role as Nora on the M-Net soapie Egoli: Place of Gold.
She completed a BA Drama at the Stellenbosch University and was a professional actress, drama teacher and radio presenter for over 30 years.
She also had years of experience in theatre, radio, film, TV and voice work in both Afrikaans and English.
Christine died of natural causes in the early hours of 10 June, 2019, one day after her 78th birthday.
