Frances Ndlazilwana is a South African actress best known for her role as Lydia Maema in the controversial 2007 mini-series After Nine, which aired on SABC1.

She has also had recurring roles on the e.tv drama series 4Play: Sex Tips for Girls and the SABC2 drama series Erfsondes.

She also appeared in the 2009 mini-series Diamonds.

In 2015 she had a guest starring role on the e.tv soapie Scandal!.
