Henry Cole is a British producer, television presenter, writer, actor, voice artist and filmmaker.
Hiss career has spanned some twenty five years in the television industry producing and directing an eclectic mix of award winning broadcast programming for all of the UK's and many international terrestrial and satellite broadcasters.
Henry’s list of documentary credits encompasses a diverse range of subjects from “Rockumentaries” for bands like Guns and Roses, ACDC, Metallica, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Heal The World for Michael Jackson, to gardening series for UK ITV1 and UKTV Style - factual entertainment such as William’s Women, The Original IT Girls for The Biography Channel, Grimebusters, The Restaurant Show, underwater adventure for BBC1 including The Skulls of Sanctuary and Return To Kuantan, and an award-winning documentary on war cameramen for Discovery Channel entitled Frontline Stories.
Henry also writes, produces and directs movies and TV drama, which have included the movie Mad Dogs And Englishmen with Elizabeth Hurley and Joss Ackland, Dead Funny with Andrew McCarthy and Elizabeth Penya and the TV movie Princess In Love with Chris Villiers and Julia Cox.
He also wrote and directed the TV drama series Filthy Rich, starring Mike Reid from BBC’s Eastenders and Sarah Manners from BBC’s Casualty.
Henry has also forged a career in TV presenting. Credits include his own chat show for UK Five entitled Stars and Cars which ran for five years, and an eight part primetime rock ’n roll series London’s Greatest Hits, for ITV1.
Henry’s passion for travel and adventure has also allowed him to present a range of programmes for The Travel Channel over the last 10 years with series including The Cool Caribbean, Riding Route 66, First Class Italy, First Class Cornwall, Great Drives, Riding Eastern Europe, First Class South Africa and World's Greatest Motorcycle Rides.
Henry combines his on screen antics with a myriad of voiceover work for radio and TV with commercials and documentary work such as Kensington Wives for ITV1, Top Up TV, Sky TV, Amstrad, The Times, Go Ahead Buses, Vodafone, etc.
Henry lives in the Cotswolds in the Heart of England with his wife Jane and two sons Charlie and Tom.
