Episode 1
Ela, 18-and-a-half, falls in love with Ilker Ilgaz, 35, her father's boss. He makes her believe that his relationship with his girlfriend Irem has ended. Ela's mom tries to protect her but Ela rejects her. She starts an internship at Ilker's company.

Episode 2
Ela, now 19, wants to live her own life. She's in a relationship with Ilker, but is threatened with tarnishing her image. She goes to see her father and catches him with his mistress.

Episode 3
Ela announces her pregnancy to Ilker, who promises her a happy ending. Later she discovers that he's about to marry Irem. She decides to confront him at their usual meeting place. A few hours later, she's found beaten on the side of the road.

Ilker Ilgaz is arrested and imprisoned on the night of his wedding. The case gains momentum and becomes a public issue. Ilker is taken to prison, where he's lynched by his fellow inmates.

Irem's father wants to keep his daughter away from Istanbul until things calm down, but Hale convinces her to marry Ilker in prison. Ela wakes from her coma but is unable to speak.

Ela is in hospital, thinking about what has happened. She doesn't answer the doctor and doesn't speak, despite her parents' best efforts. The police discover that there have been messages from Ela, but no reply from Ilker.

With Ela still unable to speak, Ilker's lawyer unexpectedly turns the tables during her opening statement in court. She argues that the victim in the case is not, as expected, Ela, but Ilker.

Ela suffers from traumatic amnesia. In court she's accused of lying about a fake diamond necklace she bought at the bazaar, claiming it was a gift from Ilker. People begin to doubt her innocence in the affair.

Hande shows Ela insulting comments. Harun asks Ilker to annul his marriage to Irem. He's disgusted that his daughter is being used to protect Ilker. He arranges a meeting so that Ela's mother can prove Ilker really had a relationship with Ela.

Hiding his face, Ilker goes to the hospital to try to ask Ela what really happened, since he doesn't remember anything either. The news spreads on social media platforms. The affair takes a new turn.

Harun's distant attitude towards the Ilgaz family thwarts all efforts to silence doubts about Ilker's innocence. Just in time for the 4th hearing, in an unexpected turn of events, Irem is taken into custody.

Irem becomes the target of a lynch mob on social networks, much to the delight of Hale and his team. The doctor says that Ela can finally leave the hospital. On her return home, she experiences flashbacks.

Ilker says that he doesn't remember what happened on the night of the attack and arranges a meeting with Ela to try and piece together their memories. Irem overhears Ilker on the phone, but he doesn't care.

Hale tells Ilker that his last chance is to live in the Cayman Islands under a false identity. His departure is scheduled for the next day, which is also the day of the hearing where Ela will say what she remembers.

On his mother's advice, Ilker decides to flee to another country. Ela tells her lawyer and her family that she remembers the incident. The hearing begins and Ela is ready to speak.

Hale encourages Ilker to finally speak out. Irem overhears a conversation between Ilker and his mother and suspects he's still hiding something from her. As Ilker had feared, Ela's testimony causes her great concern.

Ela's comments about her pregnancy come as a shock to the Ilgaz family. Irem finally decides to pack up and leave the Ilgaz swamp. Ilker once again plays with fire, leaving a bouquet of roses on Ela's doorstep.

Ilker's psychologist, Birce, tells him that he's a narcissist. She seems to like the diagnosis. Irem asks for a divorce. Ela decides to return to the college, but the students look at her sideways.

Ela's return to university goes badly. Apart from Umut and Burçak, her friends criticise her behind her back. Irem also falls victim to her friends' hypocrisy and makes a scandal on the street.

Ela decides to leave the family home, leaving behind a letter in which she explains that she wants to return to the carefree spirit of her childhood. Bahar fears that Ilker will be after Ela, and she's not entirely wrong.

Bahar understands from her letter that Ela has taken refuge in her dead grandmother's house. She goes there with Umut. Ela is there with Ilker, who tells her that he wants to win her back.

At Hale's house, Irem doesn't know what to do. Ilker arrives and puts the ring back on Irem's finger.
Bahar goes to the psychiatrist for advice, who plays Ela's tapes of her romance with Ilker.
