Joseph Julian Soria is an American actor and musician best known for his recurring role as Hector Cruz in the television drama series Army Wives, since 2012.
A California native, with roots in Mexico, Soria's acting credits include roles on television shows such as The Shield, CSI: Miami, Lincoln Heights, NCIS, The Closer, In Plain Sight, Bones, Southland, Lie to Me, Sons of Anarchy and Dexter.
He has also appeared in commercials for Levi's, Nike and K-Swiss; and feature films including 3:15 and Days of Wrath, starring Laurence Fishburne, Wilmer Valderrama, and Taye Diggs.
Soria has performed music at such clubs as Hollywood's White Lotus, Cafe Tu Tu Tango at Universal Studios and Cafe Miaafe' in Venice.
Soria also takes pride in donating his time to Union Rescue Mission and other non-profit organisations. His main goal over the last several years has been to reach out as a positive role model to young people, working with kids who have learning disabilities and behaviour problems, assisting them with everything from homework to life skills.
