Bio
Tessa Denton is a South African actress, choreographer and director who has appeared in numerous television series including the soap operas Generations (SABC1), Scandal! (e.tv), Binnelanders (kykNET), Egoli (M-Net) and 7de Laan (SABC2).
Other television series she has acted in include Song vir Katryn, Hillside, Getroud Met Rugby and Donkerland.
Tessa received training in musical theatre at the Pretoria Technikon from 1997-1999, where she also did vocal training. She is also a member of the Actors Centre at the Johannesburg State Theatre.
Stage productions in which she has acted include The Full Monty, Rocking All Over The World, Girl Talk 007, Debbie Does Dallas, Grease, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Let's Rock.
She has also done choreography for Tiffendale, Royal Hotel, Rocking All Over The World, Grease and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Tessa also played the role of Marita de Villiers in the 2009 action comedy film Hond se Dinges, directed by Johan Heyns.
