Sheena Deepnarain is a South African actress, model, producer and presenter best known for her role as Tammy on the SABC1 soap opera Generations.
She was also a featured call actor on the e.tv soapie Scandal! (as Saira, the receptionist) and was the presenter/producer of Hash Tag, a magazine show on African News Network on DStv.
Having studied acting and production at a variety of insitutions including What If Performing Arts Zone, Edgemar Theare School, Brumilda Acting Academy and Indigo View, she is also a blogger and online insert presenter.
Sheena has also acted in several music videos for artists such as Dr Victor and the Rasta Rebels, Angelo Collins, Kalibrado and Young Melly and was a cheerleader in the 2011 edition of the Indian Premier League cricket competition.
She can do a variety of accents including Indian, American, Russian, French, Columbian and Spanish.
In 2018 she played the role of Kirthi Jahib in the SABC3 drama series The Docket, produced by Clive Morris Productions.
