Kether Donohue is an American actress and voice artist best known for her starring role as Lindsay Jillian, Gretchen's best friend who "sold out" by marrying an extremely plain man for his money, in the romantic comedy television series You're the Worst.

A proud native New Yorker and coined "the unstoppable Kether Donohue" by Variety, Donohue has received critical acclaim for her performances in film, television, and theatre. She has worked with a remarkable list of Oscar, Emmy and Tony Award-winning and nominated directors including Barry Levinson, Sam Mendes, Jason Moore, James Burrows, Stan Lathan and Paul Feig.

No stranger to television, she has been a series regular on the sitcom pilots Open Books and Saving Jason and has made guest star appearances on The Carrie Diaries, Royal Pains, The Mindy Project, Ringer, Perfect Couples, I Just Want My Pants Back and Hope & Faith.

Donohue also starred in Barry Levinson's sci-fi thriller, The Bay, which premiered at Toronto Film Festival to rave reviews. She's also played sharp-tongued Alice in Pitch Perfect and Lizzy in the emotional crime drama, Boy Wonder.

A graduate of Fordham University with a concentration in film, Donohue has also co-produced and starred in several films including Over the GW. After making its world premiere at Slamdance Film Festival, Over the GW had a limited theatrical release and was used to promote social change when it was cited in a United States Congressional Hearing on Child Abuse and Deceptive Marketing by Residential Programs for Teens.

She went on to co-produce and star in the indie sci-fi thriller, Altered States of Plaine; write, direct and star in the short film, The Babydaddy, an autobiographical narrative about the relationship between a sixteen-year-old girl and her ill Vietnam Veteran father; and co-produce and star in the short Aaron Bacon.

Honing her craft in the New York theatre, Donohue made her off-Broadway debut at Ensemble Studio Theatre with a lead role in Taylor Mac's Okay, followed by starring in Kate McGovern's Blue Before Morning.

Donohue is also an accomplished and passionate voice-actress known for her remarkable range of unique character voices. Her voice has been heard on several animations, as well as television and radio commercials/promos.
