Amanda Redman is an English actress best known for her starring role as Detective Superintendent Sandra Pullman in the police procedural comedy-drama television series New Tricks, since 2003.
She is also known to international audiences for her role as Deedee Dove in the 2000 feature film Sexy Beast.
Redman has had significant roles in numerous television series including On the Line (1982), Streets Apart (1988-1989), Dangerfield (1995), Beck (1996), Hope & Glory (1999-2000), At Home with the Braithwaites (2000-2003), Honest (2008) and Little Dorrit, also in 2008.
Having been together since 1999, Redman married mobile phone designer Damian Schnabel in September 2010.
