Vhutshilo locates Gugu, but finds that she’s in a bad way. He figures out a way to get her out. Things get worse between James and Imani, when Lesedi injures himself. Ndiwavho makes a shocking announcement to her parents.

Susan is now staff at the psychiatric hospital. James has a go at Imani over something she hasn’t done. Nomasonto threatens Vho-Masindi with a plan she has for her if Vho-Masindi doesn’t toe the line.

Susan, Vhutshilo and Kgosi execute the plan to break Gugu out of the hospital. James has cameras installed in the house so he can monitor how Imani parents Lesedi. Mpho is frantic about Ndiwavho and appeals to Tendamudzimu to use his contacts to find her.

Azwindini is about to walk down the aisle. The Mukwevhos attend the wedding ceremony with the hopes of an intervention from the ancestors. Kgosi, Vhutshilo and Susan break Gugu out but someone is badly hurt, or worse.

James is forced to cancel an important meeting at the last meeting when Lesedi unexpectedly has an allergic reaction, and he must rush him to the hospital.
Susan is offended when Azwindini offers her a reward for saving Gugu’s life. She’s even more offended when Gugu asks her if they can be friends.
Tenda agrees to do everything on Ndiwavho’s list and wants to set a wedding date. He almost loses his temper when he has an encounter with a drunk guy in front of Ndiwavho but manages to contain his rage.

Just when Azwindini thinks everything is back to normal, a messenger brings a new message from the ancestors. Imani can only see divorce on the horizon for her and James. Susan is fed up with all the attention she’s getting online, even if positive, but then the trolls start on her.

Avhasei delivers a message from the ancestors that Azwindini’s wife will rule over him. James has a car accident and ends up in hospital. Susan is shocked to discover that people are trashing her on social media.
