About the Show

Got to Dance (originally titled Just Dance) is a British reality competition dance show produced by Princess Productions in which auditons for the show take place in specially built Dance Domes and are open to all dance acts of any age, style or size, who compete for a prize of up to £250,000.

Got to Dance is the first and only dance show that welcomes all styles of dancing and any age and number of dancers in a glittering spectacular which pushes contestants to their limits as they strive to win a cash prize and the title of Got to Dance champion.

The series kicks off with an exhilarating nationwide search where dance troupes, singles and partners bring their best routines to the specially constructed Dance Dome to try and impress the judges and make it to the live semi-finals.

The Dance Dome is a unique, instantly recognizable setting which symbolizes this entertainment smash.

The Got to Dance judges are respected dance professionals in their own right, with reputations that entitle them to comment on the contestants' skills, techniques, style and charisma.

Britain's favourite presenter Davina McCall leads the epic dance search, along with superstar judges: West End supremo Adam Garcia, international Pop Star Kimberly Wyatt and Britain's most famous street dancer, Ashley Banjo.

However, it is up to the viewers to vote for the finalists and ultimately choose a Champion.
