Adam Rodriguez is an American actor best known for his role as Eric Delko in the television series CSI: Miami, appearing on the show from its premiere in May 2002 to its conclusion in 2012.
He is also known for his role as Jesse Ramirez in the third season of the sci-fi series Roswell, appearing in 17 episodes from 2001-2002.
Rodriguez was one of the main cast members of the series Brooklyn South, playing the role of Officer Hector Villanueva in all 22 episodes of the show, from 1997-1998.
He also had recurring roles in the series Felicity (3 episodes, second season), All Souls (2001) and Resurrection Blvd. (4 episodes, 2001-2002).
In addition, Rodriguez has had guest starring roles in NYPD Blue, Law & Order, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Queens Supreme, CSI: NY, Six Feet Under, and Kim Possible.
He has also appeared in the feature films Details (2000), Impostor (2002), King Rikki (2002), Thanks to Gravity (2005), Keeper of the Past (2005), Splinter (2006), Unknown (2006), Take (2007) and Cielito Lindo (2007).
Rodriguez auditioned for The Cosby Show when he was 10 years old. He dreamed of being a professional baseball player, but was injured in high school. He then turned his attention to acting and performed in a children's theatre in New York.
Rodriguez is married with six children.
