Bio
Angela Ludek is a South African actress and television and radio presenter best known for presenting the radio show The Movement on Radio 2000 (since 2009) and for her starring role as blind tech guru Ruby Prins in the SABC1 science fiction television series Room 9, from 2012-2013.
She also had a guest role as Judge Elsabeth in the second season of the legal drama series Sokhulu & Partners (2011) and was a lead presenter for the Mindset Learn TV programme in the segments "IT Troubleshooting" and "Social and Ethical."
Angela was also a continuity presenter for SABC1, from 1999-2002. After her job was axed on SABC1 she became a DJ on YFM. She also had a stint as a DJ on Cape Town radio station Mutha FM.
She was also an entertainment presenter for the e.tv breakfast programme Morning Edition, which included live daily news, research and production of music shows. She was a solo presenter for e.tv weekend shows and was a field presenter for the e.tv lifestyle show Heita.
Furthermore, Angela was a presenter on the e.tv series Rush, in 2002.
Before her career in showbiz, Angela studied for a degree in Architectural Technology at Wits University. She is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
