Bio
Bheki Sibiya is a South African producer, director, cinematographer and actor best known for his role as Bheki Sotobe on the SABC2 soapie Muvhango.
He is also a co-owner of the production company Sobalili Productions, which makes short films and documentaries, as well as several dramas for the e.tv anthology series eKasi: Our Stories.
He acquired his diploma in Speech and Drama from Natal Technikon (now known as Durban University of Technology) in 1997 and later took part in a film course at AFDA.
Television series he has acted in include the sitcoms Going Up and Sorted, as well as the police procedural drama series Zero Tolerance.
He landed his first starring role in television in the Mzansi Magic drama series eHostela, which debuted in January 2019.
