The Family Crews is an American docu-reality television series following the life of comic actor Terry Crews, his wife Rebecca and their eclectic and ever-changing family which ranges in age from 3 to 22 years old.
The series premiered in the USA on BET on 21 February, 2010.
The Family Crews premiered in South Africa on DStv's MTVbase channel on Monday 24 October 2011, at 16h30. Season 2 has not yet aired in South Africa.
Synopsis
Terry Crews is best known for his role on Everybody Hates Chris as Chris' father Julius, but also for roles in Movies like Friday After Next, White Chicks, Are We There Yet?, and more recently, The Expendables.
The Family Crews is a reality show about Terry, his wife Rebecca and their five children ranging in age from 3yrs to 22yrs and all the amazing antics which make up their day to day lives.
From area fires and evacuations, to dealing with preschool for the young'uns, life is never easy in the Crews household, but love and family get them through.
In the first episode, Terry proposes to his wife again so they can renew their vows. She finds this beautiful property, but he doesn't want to buy it.
After a speech about how she hasn't asked him for anything, he decides to get the place.
