Season 3
Season 3 features award-winning chef and hospitality expert Gordon Ramsay traveling the country to Ft. Pierce, Florida; Island Park, Idaho; Harpers Ferry, West Virginia; Southbridge, Massachusetts; Newton, Pennsylvania; Chelan, Washington; and Loudonville, Ohio, to experience struggling hotel establishments firsthand.
Gordon attempts to help Angler's Lodge in Idaho, a stunning venue whose owners have been struck by tragedy. Can Gordon rescue the broken family's business?
At the Vienna Inn, an Austrian-themed hotel and restaurant in Southbridge, Massachusetts, business isn't what it used to be. Can Gordon keep the doors to this historic establishment open?
Later, Gordon is in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, for the first of a two-part visit to the Town's Inn, a historic hotel run by a junk hoarder that's so full of clutter it can barely accommodate guests.
Ramsay will delve deep into the inner workings of each business - from their management practices, staff chemistry and morale to cleanliness, food and décor - as he attempts to get these establishments on the right track.
He will tackle a hotel owner who hoards clothing in the locked closets of the guests' rooms; a historic inn, where shocking rumours about the owners have left their rooms empty; and a family-built castle that has fallen on the shoulders of the ex-wife.
Some owners will work with Ramsay to address the issues he's identified, while others will refuse to take the advice they sought out, and face the consequences.
In the end, it will be up to the owners and their staff to work together to keep their hotels open.
Hotel Hell is produced by One Potato Two Potato Inc. Gordon Ramsay, Ben Adler, Patricia Llewellyn and Adeline Ramage Rooney serve as executive producers.
