Kelly Khumalo, Chomee and iFani get taken out of their comfort zones and get down and dirty in aide of charity.
Reality Check documents the journey of three celebrities taking a break from the glamour and spotlight to pay it forward. Their mission is to do fabulously good deeds to the best of their abilities for communities that are often forgotten.
In every episode Kelly, Chomee and iFani must work together to complete their tasks successfully to obtain the money they will be donating at the end of the season.
Each episode, the three have the chance of winning up to R4000 which gets placed into a money pot.
In the season finale, the three will decide which charity, from the ones that they worked with in the series, touched their hearts the most and donate all the collected money from each episode to that charity.
Teamwork is key. If one person in the group fails, the entire team fails.
With three dramatic artists this year, the first episode gets off on a dramatic note. Things get off to a rocky start when Kelly Khumalo arrives late, leaving Chomee and iFani hanging at HQ as they wait to receive details of their first task.
Once Kelly arrives, they are told to go to Equinisweni Secondary School in Midrand, Gauteng immediately for their task. Upon arrival at the school, they are instructed by the task master, the chairperson of the Life 4U Foundation, to communicate the message of hygiene, a healthy lifestyle and a clean environment to the learners.
Before they even see the learners, the celebrity trio don their overalls and gloves to clean the school toilets. After that task, they receive new instructions to educate the learners on the importance of hygiene.
